Oreo Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 package of Oreo Cookies
- 30 grams melted butter
- 1 pot of caramel (dulce de leche)
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 pot of milk cream
Steps
- Crush/process the Oreos with the
butter
- Mix the cream with a tablespoon of
sugar and a splash of vanilla essence.

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- Oil
Steps
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Beat the milk, melted butter and egg
in a blender.
- Add the dry ingredients, beat some
more.
- Add the liquid ingredients to the dry
ones and mix, always beating.
- In a hot skillet, add the oil and a
spoonful of batter.
- In the center of the skillet, add a
spoonful of Nutella and cover with a little more pancake batter.

Ingredients

Note :
Use
instant coffee, water, and sugar in a 1:1:1 ratio. Use the milk of your choice.
Steps :
1.
Whisk
boiling water, instant coffee, and sugar together until coffee is dissolved.
Continue to whisk until mixture becomes thick and forms a peak, 2 to 3 minutes.
2.
Pour milk
into a glass. Pour the frothy coffee on top of the milk.

Churros
Ingredients:

1 cup water
·
2 ½ tablespoons white sugar
·
½ teaspoon salt
·
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
·
1 cup all-purpose flour
·
2 quarts oil for frying
·
½ cup white sugar, or to taste
·
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Steps :
1.
In a
small saucepan over medium heat, combine water, 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar, salt
and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Stir in
flour until mixture forms a ball.
2.
Heat oil
for frying in a deep fryer or deep pot to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Pipe
5- to 6-inch strips of dough into the hot oil using a sturdy pastry bag fitted
with a medium star tip. Do not overcrowd the oil. Fry until golden; drain on
paper towels.
3.
Combine
1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. Roll drained churros in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
